Our current focus is in Barrie Ontario.

 

Barrie is enjoying population growth, increased investment in its downtown core, low vacancy rates and has a solid history of property appreciation.

Barrie was featured in the REIN (Real Estate Investment Network) Top 10 Ontario City and Towns Report as a great place to invest.

 

The city, in response to the provincial call for urban intensification, allows for the creation of secondary suites (basement apartments) that provide positive cash flow, reduce investment risk and force appreciation.
